SKB/02/MENPAN-RB/11/2016 about National Holidays and Collective Leaves 2017.
2. Collective leave = 3 days.
Collective leave is Government recommended to Company, which will deduct the annual leaves
of employee. Collective leave that recommended by Government is 2 January, 27-30 June & 26
December 2017.
3. Additional holidays BI-ID discretion = 3 days.
If national holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, the Company has a discretion to put Additional
Holidays to another day (Not deducting annual leave of employees). Additional holidays are on
27, 28 and 29 June 2017.
