The NSCA EHS-CCP conducted an assessment for teachers only.

The tool consisted of 15 premises, and only one of four

choice could be selected. The choices were: fully agree, partly agree, dont agree, and fully disagree. The assessment tool
also had one open question. The results of the assessment is shown in a chart for each question or premise.
