I like your introduction to PAP it demonstrates a societal use for PAP and outlines

the phenomenon.

Your introduction to muscle contraction is thorough and appropriate. (Change first

sentence from consisting of various types to consists of various types) Figures

are informative and relevant. Good information base for PAP.

Bullet points capture good breadth of affecting factors (enzymatic, regulatory

molecules, fast-twitch muscle). Maybe include figures showing conformational

changes or shape of myosin. Perhaps also for complex formation.

References are accurate.

Definitely think we should use your intro to muscle contraction and I think we

should put your mechanism before mine. One of my sources connects neural

discharges to muscle fiber type, so I think thats a good bridge between our

mechanisms.

This peer review helped me recognize the strengths and weaknesses of my portion

of the review article. It was especially helpful in finding connections between our

two mechanisms and an organization for our paper with proper information flow.
