AUTHORIZATION
OBJECT IN SAP

Scenario: The authorization needs to be restricted for an asset transaction
type only to certain users. You know only the field and you want to find the
authorization object. How will you proceed to find out the authorization
object?

To proceed with the above requirement proceed as follows:-

Step 1) Find the field name for which you are searching an authorization
object.

This field is available when you post a retirement entry for an asset.

Position the cursor on field Transaction type

Click on function key F1

The field name is BWASL. Copy the field name BWASL by using the CTRL + C
buttons on your keyboard.

Step 2) Use transaction code SUIM
