To Whom It May Concern:

I have gotten to know Rayford Cole well over the year as his AP Biology
teacher and one of his advisors for SCA. Rayford is someone who is positive
and motivating to others. He has proven himself to be diligent and
responsible by completing important assignments and tasks. He is very
intelligent and could succeed at anything he wants to if he puts in the effort.
He is compassionate and caring towards others. Rayford has a passion for
helping others and has an intrinsic motivation to give back to the community.
He is considerate of others and expresses compassion to his peers and
others in a way that is mature beyond his years. These attributes are what
would make him have a successful and impactful career in teaching.
