1. When lesson starts teacher and children sit on carpet/blanket.

2. Teacher reads fragments of the secret garden, which describe nature (for example chapter

7, 10, 15, 27).

3. After reading children get memory game with names of plants, trees and animals, which

were mentioned in book. Every pair should have the same picture, but on one piece the name

should be in English and one in Polish. Teacher mix pieces and children should find pairs.

When they did it, teacher writes name with translation on blackboard.

4. Children should rewrite names into their notebooks. Then teacher sticks pairs of memory

onto blackboard.

5. Next teacher asks children to draw a picture of their dream garden. Picture should include

some things, which names we learn today.
