I. TNH HNH CHUNG

1- Thun li: a s anh ch em CTV Saledieng cc Trung tm c sng v sinh
hot trong mi trng ca SDB hoc FMA. Cc Trung tm c qu cha, qu s y
vin quan tm, ng hnh, khch l, o luyn thing ling anh ch em cc Trung tm
duy tr vic sng n gi v thc thi s mnh ca ngi Cng Tc Vin Saledieng.
Rt nhiu anh ch em CTV ca cc Trung tm tham gia Hi ng mc v, hot
ng trong cc on th, gio l vin, ca on trong cc gio x qua thc thi s
mnh v qung b n gi CTV; c nhng hi vin tr, nng ng, nhit huyt, c k
nng ang sinh hot tch cc v l nng ct trong hot ng gii tr Gio x, Gio ht.
2- Kh khn:
- Nhiu trung tm s hi vin ln tui chim a s, mt s sc khe yu nn khng
quy t c ng trong cc bui hp nh k, cng do ln tui nn trong sinh hot
kh khan, khng c bu kh tr, thiu sc sng, cha thu ht hi vin trong sinh hot, t
ngi tham gia cc t hot ng tng .
- Kh nng o luyn ca nhiu Trung tm rt hn ch nn anh ch em hi vin v ng
sinh cha c o luyn nhiu, t c ti o luyn.
- Kh nng truyn thng v s dng cng ngh thng tin li l vn cng hn ch ca
nhiu trung tm.
II. THC TRNG V T CHC

- S hi vin thng xuyn sinh hot: 363
- S ng sinh hin c: 126
Vi nhng l do nh qua i, i nh c nc ngoi hoc tui cao sc yu phi
chia tay vi Hip hi v l do khc nh xc tn n gi cha su t ri b Hip hi,
n nay Hip hi ch cn 463 hi vin trong danh sch. Trong s 463 ny ch c 363 hi
vin sinh hot thng xuyn, nh vy 100 hi vin c tn nhng khng sinh hot vi
nhiu l do l v gi sinh hot ca trung tm trng vi ca lm vic, qu bn rn vi cng
vic v gia nh, v khng thch sinh hot na, v li bing hoc khng nu l do. Hin
Hip hi c 126 ng sinh.
III. HI NG TRUNG TM V Y VIN
- Thnh vin Hi ng cc Trung tm nhn chung c tinh thn hip nht, thc
c vai tr v n lc, c gng trong cng vic ang m nhim ca mnh trong vic
iu hnh cc hot ng ca Trung tm. Tuy nhin c Trung tm anh ch em vn cn
nhng im cha tng ng, ri v trnh mi ngi khc nhau, kh nng hn ch,
cc thnh vin Hi ng trung tm hot ng khng u tay, dn n tnh trng khng
thc hin c nhng cng vic ca Trung tm v nhng vic Hip Hi yu cu, nhiu
Trung tm li vo Cha y vin, HTT khng t tin iu hnh hot ng trung tm
khi vng Cha.
 - Nhiu Cha, S y vin th hin c hnh nh ca Cha Thnh Gioan Bosco
trong vic linh hng cho Trung tm, hu ht qu Cha qu S nhit tnh, lun theo st
Trung tm trong mi sinh hot v u t t cng tc o luyn lm mu cht, cc Cha c
nhng gi m gip Trung tm nh hng hot ng v cch sng n gi gia i; tuy
nhin c nhng Cha v bn nhiu cng vic ca cng on nn khng dnh thi gian v
ton tm cho Trung tm c.
IV. XC TN V SNG N GI
1. n gi CTV Salding l li mi gi dnh cho nhng gio dn sng gia i
c dn thn hot ng tng theo ng li ca Cha Thnh Gioan Bosco l chm lo
phuc v, gio dc thng tin ngi tr. Mi CTV Salding n nhn n gi v cng
chung on sng vi Gia nh Salding, c hip thng vi cc thnh phn ca Gia
nh Salding trong cng mt s mnh.
2. Mi Trung tm duy tr cc hot ng hng thng o luyn, thc hin nhng
vic o c, hun c, cng c i sng n gi, xy dng tnh hip nht, gia tng s
hip thng, to nn sc sng gip cho vic pht trin n gi, thc y CTV Salding
lm vic tng cho ngi tr v tr em ngho b b ri.
3. a phn hi vin thc sng n gi, nhit thnh, thao thc v ngi tr, thc

qua vic thm ving nhau khi vui bun, thm nhng hi vin ln tui, khng i sinh
hot c, chia s vi nhng thn nhn hi vin qua i.
5. a s cc trung tm sinh hot mi thng mt ln, theo thi im thch hp ca mi
trung tm, mt s trung tm mi thng gp nhau 2 ln.
6. Vic o luyn ca cc Trung tm c lng ghp trong sinh hot thng, trong
Thnh l ca CTV, nhng ni dung o luyn gm: Hin chng G Saledieng, K
hoch i sng Tng , Hoa Thing ca Cha b trn C, khoa s phm Don Bosco, Tu
ngh Tnh.
Tuy nhin vn cn mt s anh ch em cha hiu su v n gi, cn ri rc, ngui
lnh, thiu s gn kt, b sinh hot khng l do chnh ng; c nhng CTV dn thn
cha (cn theo tnh phong tro, v ham vui) cha ton tm ton thc thi n gi
vi l do l v phi lo lm n, v cuc sng cn gp kh khn, v cn phi lo gia nh, c
nhng CTV t cch o c c nhn cha chun mc. Mt khc do o luyn cha
vng vng, ch v s lng hn cht lng t khi mi thnh lp cng l mt nguyn
nhn gy ra kh khn nht nh, dn n Thm tn v n gi cha su cha .
V. THC THI S MNH TNG
S mnh Tng c t chc thc hin ti mi trung tm, nh: h tr Lp hc
tnh thng, h trc cc nh lu x, t chc vui chi, pht qu cho cc em thiu nhi vo
cc dp l hng nm; gip tr khuyt tt m ci, gio dc tr trc ht t con ci
trong gia nh ti cc em thiu nhi ngoi x hi, dy gio l, qung b sch bo Don
Bosco

REPORT OF VIETNAM SALESIAN 'S COLLABORATORS ACTIVITIES

I. GENERAL SITUATION
Advantages: majority of Salesians collaborators are living and participating activities
in environment of SDB, FMA. All centers were interested, encouraged, accompanied
and spiritually trained by Reverent Commissioners (fathers& sisters) . These
motivations will let centers staff maintain their blessed vocation lives and carry out
their mission as Salesian collaborators.
Many collaborators have participated the Pastoral Councils, acted in various groups,
became religious doctrine trainers, parish choir singersBy joining these activities, they
fulfilled their duties and promoted their blessed vocation calls to become collaborators.
There are young active, dynamic, enthusiastic skillful members with working for
organization as the core workers of youth movement in parish and congregation.
Hardship:
- In most centers, aged members are in majority, They are so weak that these centers can
not gather them into group as large as expected in routine meetings, the activity air is not
fresh and lifeless, unattractive to youth, only few people participate apostolic groups
- limited training capability of centers did not allow providing training and re-training
courses to members or candidates.
- Communication and use of modern media is really a serious problem of centers.
II. REALITY ABOUT ORGANIZATION:
TOTAL PROMISSED MEMBER: 595
ENLISTED MEMBERS: 463
ACTIVE MEMBERS: 363
CANDIDATES: 126
Due to death members, the ones moved out to foreign countries, aged and weaken
members, the ones who felt bored and quit, now the remaining members are 463 on list,
among those, there are only 363 active members. We have 100 non active members due
to several reasons, such as: work schedule, too busy for their families, lazy.
Recently, there are 126 candidates for vocation.
III. CENTERS COUNCIL AND AUTHORIZED REV.
Apostlotic mission has been carried out at each center:
- CentersCouncil members have a unified spirit, an awareness of their role and
effort in their responsibility for centers management. However, at some certain centers,
there still be disagreeable points of view or because of the difference on knowledge,
limited capacity, councils members can not work together at same level. For that
reason, they are unable to fulfill duties required by the Associaton. A lot of centers
relied on the Rev Commissioner or Center Council without any self esteem that they
sure can manage centers affairs even when the Rev. absent.
- Many delegate fathers or sisters have expressed Holly Father John Boscos portrait in
spiritual direction for the center, almost fathers and sisters are enthusiasm, always care
of the center in all activities. Their primary concern is training as a key tool of their
works, they gave suggestion to help centers with oriented activities and vocation secular
lifestyles. However, many fathers are so busy with community that may not devote all
the time and their hearts to the centers.
IV. CONVINCED BELIEF AND VOCATION LIFE
1. Vocation to Salesian collaborators is an invitation for
parishioners living in the world to follow John Boscos way as an apostolic commitment
in caring of and using service, to advance the education for young people. Each Salesian
collaborator will receive blessed vocation as well as the Salesian family got it in group.
They will also be connected each others with family members in the same mission.
2. Each center shall maintain their monthly activities to train, promote moral
behavior, mold and consolidate the commitment in unity and mutual communion, create
the vital strength of blessed vocation development, push all Salesian collaborators
apostolic works, serving young people and abandoned poor children.
3. Majority of members consciously live their vocation life, stay awake with
enthusiasm of young people. They are aware of a belong to status in the regular
meetings and common apostolate. Brothers and sisters at this centers earnestly
comprehend the trained content that affect everybody, make them love Don Bosco
deeper as well as show their commitment more effectively in apostolic works.
4. A lot of centers have built up fellowship in helping each others, paying attention
through occasional visits to aged and weak members whos unable to move themselves
or whom having deceased relatives.
5. In majority, centers keep on meeting once a month, according to their own
convenience, some others meet twice a month.
6. Training sessions are planted in monthly activities of centers in the form of mass
for collaborators. Annual training contents include of:
Salesian Familys Norm, Plan of Apostolic Life, Holly flowers of Father Superior, Don
Boscos Ecology, Province Missionary Convention.
However, some brothers and sisters still do not understand deeply about the blessed
vocation, they do not have any inspiration, they are not interested in joining activities at
all, give up without any reason. Some collaborators joined just for fun as lagers, they do
not practice vocation with full commitment. Their reason is: too busy with jobs or
familys matters. Some of them do not have good behavior. In order words, the training
was not perfect, at starting period we have focused on quantity rather than quality. That
can explain why we have to face with this kind of difficulty, the lacking of deep and true
belief on blessed vocation!
V. REALIZATION APOSTOLIC MISSION
Mission was carried out differently at each center such as assisting students of Charities
Classroom and providing a wide variety of social activities for them, donating gifts to
young children on occasions like at Easter, Christmas, Mid- autumn and Lunar New
Year, helping and supporting students at Girl Hostels, Boy ones and the Aspirants, aiding
orphan and handicapped children, educating children mission (home, neighbourhood,
school, parish), educating children and new comers with Catholic doctrine, broadly
spreading Don Bosco books and magazines.
