Black and Blue all day through

Blood had flowed, tears had too

Man has fought a handful of battles

Just to get hold of deceitful treasures

All that glitters is not gold

And gold even in a hundredfold

Can never retell a tale

That once has already been told

The life of another is always at stake

With people keeping on making mistakes

The price we all must pay

Life on earth cannot stay

In a blink of an eye,

You might truly realize

That nothing in this world will last forever

Man has always been the one to pull the trigger
