Breakout Sessions Outline:

5 minutes Welcome!

10 minutes Long range plans with groups.

15 minutes In-Depth Consensus Map Review

The format came from the district


Explain how the standards and descriptions of standards are in no particular
order.
We did this to ensure you can still use your teacher discretion as to the order
in which to teach them.
The date range was requested by the district office. When they come into
observe, they would like to see that we are all in a similar place in the
document so please adhere to this order.
Define the math practices as skills we model for students. We should not
specifically teach them.
Explain the vocabulary. These are not for students to only define, but use
