Internet Billing System for WiMAX

1. Enter http://192.168.117.7:8080/DealerCare/NewAge/H_home.jsp in internet explorer

or other web browser.
2. After dealer login with particular CSR id, click on Register New Customer
3. Click on radio button according to customer type. For example, Corporate
4. Fill up customer information, * marks are compulsory fields, you need to feed information.

5. Fill up demographic information

6. Now, new customer will be created with new customer number. Click on that number.
For example: 1096291

7. Click on Clone Customer to Account.

8. Fill up customer account information

9. Fill up customer billing information

10. Fill up customer account additional information like SMS alert and other.

11. Customer account is now created. Now click on account no. e.g. 1111128
12. Click on Services

13. Click on WiMAX radio button.

14. Click on Next

15. Select Bandwidth and Validity only, and click on Next

16. Select volume package and click on Next.

17. Click on Next

18. Check the total volume and remaining volume, as well as contract start and end date
19. Select the device that is of NT or Dealer CPE devices

20. Select the device type IDU, ODU or USB Dongle

21. Enter MAC address to be sold in the textbox and click next.
22. Select MAC address from dropdown. If MAC address is not seen, then it may be either
already used or not populated in inventory software used by IBS. Provide MAC and device
serial key already to WiMAX Technical Support Team at Sundhara, WiMAX Section to be
listed in IBS for sellable.

23. Click on Next

24. Verify the amount display for device and package.

25. Click on Cash radio button for cash payment and select other radio button as per mode of
payment.

26. Enter user id and password. We have convention of using wimax plus account number
as user id. For example: wimax11101234 and password should be different than username
for security purpose. Please inform customer to change their password from self-care web
interface.
27. Finally, Customer is provisioned and ready to run in WiMAX CPE device.
