Tam happy to do so. In the 2015-16 school term, I hired Ms. Alexander to fill a middle school teaching position at Freedom Park School where I was serving as principal. During that time, I ‘had the opportunity to observe Ms. Alexander and evaluate her work. Ms. Alexander taught math to 7* grade and social studies to 8% grade students. Despite the multiple plans she had to develop, she did a phenomenal job with her students. She showed a sincere interest in the students as individuals and was consistently fair in dealing with them, Ms. Alexander is very knowledgeable of the curriculum and used a variety of teaching strategies to ensure that all students were academically engaged. She demonstrated the highest level of professional commitment and competency in her work with students. She is very “tech savvy” and consistently integrated technology in her lessons and used it as a resource to communicate with parents to keep them abreast of their child’s academie progress and learning. She worked collaboratively with colleagues on her grade level team to plan and implement lessons that her students looked forward to and enjoyed doing. She constantly searched for ways to make her lessons interesting and informative. Ms, Alexander was always professional in her attitude and appearance. She established an excellent professional relationship with the administration, teachers, parents and students. Her appearance was beyond reproach, and her classroom, always brightly decorated, reflected her positive, optimistic attitude about life. Ms. Alexander is articulate and communicates clearly and effectively. T found Ms, Alexander to be very cooperative when assigned special or extra work, She is very organized and creative. Teonsider Ms. Alexander a capable and dedicated teacher and an asset to the school. It is often difficult to find young teachers with her teaching talent, ambition and drive. 1 recommend Ms. Jaclyn Alexander without reservation for the position she is seeking.
