Stephanie Meyer
Stephanie Meyer was born in Connecticut and raised until the age of 4
in Arizona. Stephenie is named after her father Stephen Morgan.
Morgan is her maiden name. Her mother, Candy Morgan, Has been a
big supporter of all of Stephanies career. Stephenie Meyer is currently
married to her husband, Christian Meyer. She has 3 children, Eli
Meyer, Gabe Meyer and Seth Meyer.

Setting

Twilight is based in the small town of Forks, Washington. Bellas father,


Charlie Swan. Forks is an actual small town in the state of Washington.
The Setting changes toward the end of the story and is the same at the
very beginning of the story, Phoenix, Arizona. She lived there with her
mother, Renee, and her new husband, Phil. She also traveled there
with Alice and Jasper at the very end of the book where she was meet
by James, one of the main Antagonist. James is a hunter, which is
considered a power within this book series. In the end, Bella returns
to Forks with Edward and the rest of The Olympic Coven.

Characters

The characters of Twilight expand as you get farther into the series.
The character of the first book are; Bella Swan, Charlie Swan, Renee
Swan, Carlisle Cullen, Esme Cullen, Emmett Cullen, Rosalie Hale,
Jasper Hale, Alice Cullen, Edward Cullen, Aro, Caius, Marcus, Jacob,
Seth Quil, Sam, Embry, Laurent, Victoria and James. The main
protagonists are Bella and the Cullen Family. The Antagonists are
James and Victoria.

Conflict

The conflict of Twilight is Vampire vs Vampire vs Human, or Edward vs


Bella vs James. As you could guess by reading the Setting, Edward
won as Bella was effected by being bitten by James and the Venom
from being a vampire streaming through her system.

Theme

The theme of Twilight changes every book. The theme of twilight is


Forbidden Love. Edward is a Vampire and Bella is a Human. Pretty self
explanatory. Edward isnt supposed to Imprint (Fall In Love) with a
Human due to Volturi Laws. (The Volturi is basically the government for
Vampires.)
