Your Responsibility to Notify Employers You should notify employers of the

requirement to attend examinations. Note that there are NO acceptable grounds


for failure to complete any of the assessment components. Use of Electronic
Calculators during Examinations You are allowed to use a scientific calculator,
either a Casio-FX or equivalent. In the quizzes held in tutorials and in the final
exam, you will be responsible for providing an approved calculator. You will be
provided with further instructions on how to obtain an approved calculator
sticker from the Faculty office shortlyThe latest edition of the textbook, Salas,
Hille and Etgen Calculus - One and Several Variables, 10th Edition comes
packaged with access to the electronic resources known as WileyPlus.
This electronic version provides internet access to the textbook, problems,
worked solutions, tests (for self-assessment) and other electronic resources
related to the text material. Course Packs are also sold through the UNSW
Bookshop, while the computing laboratory notes and introduction to Matlab are
free to download. The Course Pack contains the following items:Undergraduate
students can apply to have your transferred credits removed at any stage during
your degree as long as the course has not been used as prerequisite for any
other enrolled courses. You will need to provide reasons for your request and if
your request is approved, you cannot have the courses reinstated under any
circumstances.
Any difficulties that you might have with access to WileyPlus must be resolved
directly with the publisher. Salas & Hille is sold at the UNSW Bookshop.
