May 10, 2017 ‘To Whom It May Concer: Iisa great honor for me to write this leer recommending Danielle Alexander to you asa quality educator, a dodicatod advocate for students, and an outstanding staff member. Las very fortunate to have Danielle asa student teacher. She jumped into an existing schedule and immediately began to bring postive change in my classroom and the math department. Danielle has brought a hands-on approach to note taking and homework organization which has improved homework completion. She stands out asa ‘very biliant mind tat has kid's best interest at hearts her primary motivation. Daniele tight into cour staf, quickly became a favorite of our students, and immediately became a conebutoe to our meetings and planning sessions. Danielle has a gret educational mind and works ticlessly to bring the best out in each of her students. She works hard to create both a structure and support system fr kids that ensure that they reach therndvidul highest posible evel of achievement. Her ability to inspire and to build confidence inher students is phenomenal. Many of her students have progressed much further ‘math than any of them thought they could — this is due to Danielle's bliin the student and her ability to help them gain this belie in their own abilities. Danielle cares about our students and develops relationships that allow her vo impact them ‘through her interactions with them. She i always willing to use her broad spectrum of skills to impact students. It could be consbuting to curricular discussion of helping ata school event ~ whatever needs tobe done, Daniele is always willing. Danielle isa woman of high character and a tremendous role ‘model for students of all age as well as staf members. She has a great sense of humor and students enjoy their interactions with her as she create a love of leaming inher students. Danielle i person who puts others frst and is willing to go the extra mile to make someone else's burden lighter.
