GENETIC MANIPULATION

At present genetic manipulation has become a controversial topic in the world of

science, and even has been a subject of general dominion, the position that each individual
adopts will be independent of the context that this covers and the personal ethics that
governs each.

I disagree with the genetic manipulation because it's an issue that has some cons for
human beings. There are 3 reason why we must disagree with it. First of all by health
issues, Inappropriate genetic manipulation could lead to the appearance of new pathogenic
microorganisms that cause unknown diseases, There is also the possibility of disease
transmission between species (humans and animals), Misuse of medications, which develop
for illness, could cause unexpected side effects to people.

Secondly, ecological issues, the release of new microorganisms could cause some
species to disappear; Genetic manipulation can cause species to have alterations and
malformations, Destruction of the ozone layer because the smoke from factories is too
much.

And one last reason are the political and economic issues , Creation of high
technology weapons for wars between countries ,Economic interest of multinationals,
creating an imbalance between countries ,High cost of genetically modified products

Nowadays, genetic manipulation is a controversial issue. Although it has some

positive aspects on one hand, it is very important to take into account the consequences to
humanity on the other hand. in conclusion, I am against any kind of human genetic
manipulation.
