Rules and Regulations:

1. Come to office before 9AM.


2. Daily update the status of work.
3. Be loyalty to your work.
4. Daily put signature in attendance.
5. Wash and Iron your Clothes. For Ladies only chudidhar and saree, For Gents Formal or
casual shirt. No T-Shirt.
6. No use of Cellphones in Class and Lab Timings.
7. Conduct weekly test for your students(Half n hour). Quickly we will try to make online.
8. Display Mark of the students in notice board.
9. On free time, learn new things.
10. If you need leave just inform a day before, handle the class to your colleague and leave
for the day. Provide leave form to receptionist.
11. All must know the fee details and must handle reception If sir is on leave or when he
goes out for any work.
12. 12 vacation paid leave per year.(Remaining leaves will be transferred for next year)
13. 12 sick paid leave per year.
14. Salary will be issued within 15th of every month.
15. Offer Letter and salary slips will be issued.
16. Experience letter will be issued.
17. Leave form will be maintained.
18. ID Cards will be issued.
19. If needed Lady staff also need to go marketing for women colleges and schools.
20. Weekly off on Sunday.
21. Salary increase is fully based upon the performance.
22. Quickly we will try to follow uniform.But for SAT 2017 we must wear a uniform.
23. If you are relieving provide us one month of notice period. If you are relieving without
prior information you will not be provided last month salary and experience letter.
24. Minimum of 6 months (or) one year you must be work in our office, then only experience
letter will be provided.
25. If possible your salary will be credited in your bank account.
26. Feel free to talk with higher authorities.
27. Try to speak in english if possible.
28. Work in team to bring success.
29. Weekly meeting will be conducted (Saturday)

30. Co-ordinate with each other and help you and us to grow more.
