Identifying oneself as a member of a society is as important as being true to ones self.

Individualism and Nationalism. People see both ideas as important. Some people see one idea as

more important than the other one. If people cant decide which is more important they might

weigh the same, or they might both rely on each other.

Individualism is about being true to your individual character. Being who you are and not

someone else. Individuality can help build society. If being yourself can bring out a talent like

building a supercomputer it can have an impact on society.

Nationalism is about being someone in a society or a group. Doing something good in the

name of your group or culture is how one might express their dedication for their nationality.

One might defend their nationality by sacrificing themselves for the better of the nation.

Having individualism and nationalism at the same time can be the most important. If one

is true to ones self to identify as a member of a society it can help the nation. Someone can be

true to ones self which lets him/her build a supercomputer and then uses that supercomputer in

the name of nationalism to defend ones nationality having no negative results.

Nationalism might not be more important than individualism or individualism might not

be as important as nationalism, but they might be as important as the other. A society can be

created by many individuals who decide to work together. United we stand divided we fall but

at the same time be who you are and say what you feel.
