UNIO Operation Guide

1. UNIO IP address: http://unio.mtn.co.za/OSS

Please disconnect iAccess first and disable any specific proxy
PS: Now IE seems not support UNIO, pls use Chrome browser and set zoom level as 67% .

2. Login with your account;

3. Setting the FILTERS, you can select VENDOR as Huawei_WCDMA or Huawei_GSM; you
can select LAYER as Region or RNC or BSC ect.
The X-axis in below graph is traffic volume, and Y-axis is primary-HI value.
The worst sites is the sites with low and primary-HI and high traffic. Our optimization should
be focus on those sites.
4. You can export worst sites list with copy and paste into a excel.

5. Quick check KPIs of worst cells on UNIO.

You could quickly find when the cell degraded, and what its CSSR/DCR/Availability looks like.
