after school program that I supervise. As a middle school student, she participated in the tutor

league, a program in which middle school students helped elementary students. Even after she

left for high school, she would come back and continue to tutor elementary students. Ashley

demonstrates her responsibility all the time when she helps the students with her reading,

writing, and math skills. She also shows her passion for working with her classmates as a team
