Dear Mrs. Knowles:

I am writing to you on behalf of the Aurora High School Student Council, inviting
you, Beyonc Knowles, to perform at our school to conclude Equality Week. This
week will consist of activities and raising awareness for gender and racial equality
for all, and we wish to conclude the week with a performance by an icon that
supports the topic. As a council, we could not think of a better person to invite to
our school to advertise for gender and racial equality.

We would love for you to perform on Friday, March 10, 2017 in the Aurora High
School cafeteria. It would mean the world to our student body if you could make it.
You are such an inspiration to both males and females of all races at our school and
we continue to idolize you for your promotions about equality. We figure that we
could open the performance to the public and make it into a fundraiser.

I understand that you have a very demanding schedule and we totally understand if
you cannot make time to attend, although it would really mean the world to my
student body and I if you could perform for us. Hopefully, we will see each other
soon!
