AUTHORITY TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, XXXXXXXX, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of XXXXXX, do

hereby NAME, APPOINT, AUTHORIZE, and CONSTITUTE the following persons
as my attorneys-in-fact:

all of legal age and Filipinos, to do and perform the following for and on my
behalf, to wit::

1. Advertise the sale of a portion of a parcel of land with an area

of 10 hectares and located in XXXXXXXX;

2. Negotiate, transact and enter into agreements pertaining to

the sale of the aforementioned parcels of land;

3. Perform acts all related to the foregoing.

In furtherance of the powers and purposes for which this authority is

being conferred on my aforementioned attorneys-in-fact, it is understood by
the parties that the authority enumerated herein is being conferred
exclusively to the above-named persons, to the exclusion of others for a
period of one (1) year.

Further, the aforesaid persons shall remit to me the proceeds of the

sale of the aforementioned parcel of land.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys-in-fact full

power and authority and perform all and every act requisite or necessary in
order to carry into effect the foregoing authority to represent as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do as if personally
present with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby satisfying
and confirming all that my said attorneys shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
