-Manage client services through a ticket management system
(SMS)& (Remedy) and Assist clients via outlook mail, Microsoft

-Handling network alarms for 2G, 3G and 4g (TDD& FDD) Radio nodes.

-Co-ordination & support to field engineer in resolving problems
that arise during fault troubleshooting and others issues.
-Fault finding and rectification of degraded performance sites thus
