AFFIDAVIT

I Vardhineedi Satyanarayana S/o Adhinarayana, aged 62 years, Hindu, male Secretary and
Correspondent of M.R.K.POLYTECHNIC,VEERAVASARAM,W.G.Dt, A.P, solemnly
affirmed that all the deficiencies listed below duly fulfilled and rectified by the end of 31st
July 2017.

1.Submitted a list of teaching staff with a total No. of 126. Verification of attendance registers is
in observed that only 24 Nos of teaching faculty are formed and 12 Nos of non-teaching staff
24+12=36 is the total no of staff as per attendance registers. Hence Deficiency of staff is there.

Reply: Due to fagend of the academic year 2016-17 and just commencement of Board
examinations some of the staff members availed summer vacation and some of the staff members
going to improve their academic standards and they are returned from beginning of academic
year 2017-18.The inspection committee seen present staff only .We fulfill all the required staff
by the end of 31st July 2017.

2.Not produced and not presented to the inspection team and the pass percentage is very low.

Reply: We have already taken necessary steps to improve the results .

3.For intakes applied in First Shift Only due to the reason that only 2 Students one in each DCE
& DME Branches are there during 2016-17 academic year in all three years put-to-gether.

Reply: We have not said that for intakes applied for first shift only. The affiliation fee paid for I
& II shifts with an intake of 420+420 .The present actual strength are furnished below for the
year 2016-17. Steps will be taken for improvement of strength during the year 2017-18 for I+II
shifts
