WORK PROFILE
ATL & BTL Planning & Execution - To deliver required value proposition. Conducting feasibility study &
devising marketing communication strategies for existing/new brands. Involve in road shows, Organizing
Events, Seminars, Exhibitions, Promotions, Planning and implementation of Trade relates activities.
Liaison with R&D - Lead, develop and optimise NPD Funnel for assigned categories in line with defined
metrics/benchmarks as well as business objectives of the brand(s) in coordination with R&D/Tech. teams.
Marketing cycle planning - Developing cycle calendar with sales & marketing team, conducting cycle
meetings, circulating minutes, review of performance as per cycle objectives.
Coordination with agencies - Co-ordinating with Advertising/PR/Research/Packaging agencies, Vendors
& Suppliers for procurement of POS and other branding and marketing related services.
MIS - Lead, analyze data and generate MIS on brands assigned, category, competition and trade at
relevant intervals so as to result in effective brand management.
Market Research - Carrying out Market Research and tracking competition and competitors activities to
fine-tune strategies whilst launching new brands and providing valuable inputs to streamline marketing
and enhance brand visibility.
Merchandising - Involve in Printing, designing, & updating of catalogues,
