I am currently a 9th grade student at Pacifica High School in Garden Grove, CA. I am in the
AVID program at our school. AVID is a course that is preparing me for the rigors of college and
helping me identify possible colleges I would be interested in attending. After researching
Chapman University. I am considering attending your university when I graduate from high
school.

I would like to pursue a career in health sciences or pre-med and would like any information you
have on majors related to that career. I would also like to receive financial aid information,
information on admission requirements, a poster or pennant, and any other information that
might help me make a decision to attend your university and to help promote health sciences and
pre-med on our high school campus. I am currently in the Pacifica High School volleyball
program and I plan to play college volleyball. I would also love if you could send me any
information on games, tournaments, or just the team in general.
