internship experience at Lamphere
High School. During this
experience, I had several
opportunities to discuss
leadership, policies and
procedures, school politics,
finances, student advocacy, staff
evaluation, staff development,
student discipline, community
relations and more. Ive also had
several opportunities to lead staff
development and community
initiatives. I have had significant
Artifact #1 experience in ELCC Standards 1-6.
7.2 Internship Log My internship log provides EA 701 & EA 702
evidence of my sustained
internship experience, specifically,
a concentrated internship (9-12
hours per week) in a school-based
environment.

7.3 Mentor, Greg Fuller My mentor, Greg Fuller, is the EA 701 & EA 702
principal of Lamphere High School.
We worked on several leadership
initiatives together and met for an
hour weekly throughout my
mentorship experience.
