MMM COMMUNITY SWOT ANALYSIS

STRENGTH
MMM has a progressive growth to stabilize the system.

There are no lenders and no debtors.

It is a community where members help each other directly.

It does not have a central account where people pay into.

Possible growth rate of 30% per month

It is not an online business or investment.

There is nothing hidden in MMM.

There is no buying and selling of products and services.

No monthly or annual fees.

WEAKNESS
There are no guarantees and promises in MMM

No warning or SMS notification before or after they put participant on


moratorium.

Lack of indiscipline and selfishness from managers who refused to


teach and train their down lines on how to register and participate in
the system by themselves.
MMM does not give sms notification on new order being match with to
Paid Help.

problems with participants who never send to confirm receipt of


payment after receiving money being sent to them.

OPPORTUNITY
Technical platform which helps millions of participants worldwide to
connect those who need help to those who are ready to provide help
for free.

Avenue for people to learn computer and other online and offline
applications.

MMM builds leaders to be responsible within and outside the


community

Engage the minds of young and the unemployed to withstand the


harsh period of recession.

Provision of free education through the Guider School.

Creating an avenue for everyone to meet basic needs.

THREATS
Fake SMS bank alert from the participant that wants to Paid Help to
participant that want to Get Help.

Threatening messages being spread around by the government and


other financial institutions in order for people not to participate.

Gaining of access to the system by hackers in order to defraud


people's account.

Rumors being carried out by some social medias to cause panic among
the community.

Scammers using fake site related to the official site of MMM to defraud
new interested people.
