Course contents (BFSI Elements)


The delivery of BFSI elements will be done through a case study mode. The BFSI concepts will
be explained first, followed by a business analysis case study based on such BFSI concepts. The
program will focus more on Business Analysis concepts than BFSI concepts. The focus of
BFSI concepts will be on US and European Markets. For detailed understanding of BFSI
functional areas, please join our domain trainings. A participant is expected to choose only
one of the BFSI elements stated below.:

Fundamentals of Banking

Methodology
Depending upon the batch composition, any one of the following methodologies will be adopt-
ed for program delivery. The decision of MVLCO in this respect will be final:
Method 1 : In the event the batch consists of participants opting for both, module 1 (BA ele-
ments) and module 2 (BFSI elements), the program will be delivered in 4 days using a blend of
business analysis (BA) elements and banking and financial services (BFSI) elements. The partici-
pants are first introduced to a business analysis element, followed by BFSI elements. Once both
BA elements and BFSI elements are understood by the participants, a case study will be used to
practically understand how to conduct business analysis in BFSI domain.
Method 2 : In the event the batch consists of participants opting only for module 1 (BA ele-
ments), the blend of BA elements and BFSI elements will not be followed. Only BA elements
would be delivered in 3 days.
