ABSTRACT

The project is on the basis of work conducted on A study on employee retention with reference
vibgyor automotive PLD limited employee turnover/ retention it not something new for business
organization. However it has not been actively discussed or even understood by employers.
Researchers and business has done a lort of work on this subject but yet ever evolving business
environment make it more demanding issue. Individual attitude to ward jop satisfaction is the
most important and sensitive veriable in determining employee turnover.the fundamental of
employee may include competitive salary benefits recognition on jop training growth
opportunities etc but retention of the high performing are best ones required even more the
collected data were analyzed with various tools namely percentage analysis,chi square analysis
correlation coefficient one sample run test, anova
