HOW TO MAKE NO RINSE SANITIZER FOR HOMEBREWING

RECIPE:

20L Water (Reverse Osmosis or Distilled ONLY)

30ml Bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite @ 5.25% by volume)
30ml Distilled Vinegar (5% Acetic acid)

*WARNING: Never add Bleach and vinegar together at the same time EVER!

METHOD

Clean equipment properly and rinse well.

Add bleach to sanitization bucket \ container \vessel.
Add all the water to the bleach.
Add the vinegar
Stir well.
Sanitize as required, allowing for a 30 second contact time.

Hydrogen Peroxide works very well. Plus you can buy it at medical stores in
India(Used as Oral Gargle). 3% and 6% are available. Both sanitise in around 7-9
minutes. Plus it breaks down to water and oxygen without any odour. Minimal rinsing
needed.
