Lessons will take place during the month of June/July/August on preselected July 20th (Thursday)
days (see the right column of this paper). Time slots will be given to students July 27th (Thursday)
on a first come first serve basis. Parents/guardians that sign up and make August 3rd (Thursday)
payment for their son/daughters lessons will be given time slots FIRST. Due

to the nature of private instruction, it is expected that the student practice
between their lessons in order to prepare for each upcoming lesson. Students 9:00 to 9:30 AM
should arrive a few minutes early to set up their instrument and warm-up, if a 9:30 to 10:00 AM
student arrives late to their lesson, they lose those minutes of instruction 10:00 to 10:30 AM
(otherwise they impact someone elses lesson time). On the second page,

Summer lessons cost $15 for each half an hour private lesson or $25 for an 1:30 to 2:00 PM
hour slot. If two students wish to take lessons together then they may split 2:00 to 2:30 PM
the cost of the lessons. Payment for all summer lessons needs to be paid up
3:00 to 3:30 PM
front by the first lesson otherwise your reservation for that time slot will be
canceled. Full payment for summer lessons is dependent on how many 3:30 to 4:00 PM

PA border. The camp is perfect for young students because it isn't a full week, to discuss lessons or
its low in cost compared to any other summer music camp and its student to to book a time slot at:

I have read the lesson policy (regarding lesson payments, student practice policy etc.) and agree to
abide by it while entered into lessons with Miss Wolford. Contract below must be turned in prior to
the first lesson (or at the first lesson if you made lesson reservations via email/phone).

June 25th to June 30th HS Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, Bassoon, Saxophone and Percussion camps at Mansfield University!
June 27th to July 2nd 10 am to 9 pm: Arts Festival at Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute. (Free!) Music/Art/Activities
July 4th at 8 pm Summertime Pops concert with the Syracuse Symphony and Pops Chorus at the Lakeview
Amphitheater in Syracuse (get tickets). Fireworks to follow the performance!!
July 5th at 8 pm Albany Symphony and MV Choral Society will perform at Canal Harbor & Rotary Park

July 10th to Aug 8th Various 1 week or more arts classes for kids and teens. Classes include robotics, figure drawing
Comic book drawing, pottery , stop-motion animation and more!! Register online at the

July 11th to July 15th: Youth Music Camp (Ages 9-14) at Mansfield University (Miss Wolford will be there teaching!)
An inexpensive camp and great way to get your first music camp experience. Participate in band,
chorus, jazz band, elective classes, recital concerts and put on a musical, all in 5 days!!

July 13th at 7pm: Dolgeville Community Band concert (free) at the Dolgeville park pavilion
July 15th at 8PM Syracuse Symphoria orchestra will perform in Armory Square in Syracuse at the corner of
W. Jefferson St. and Franklin St.
July 20th at 7pm: Dolgeville Community Band concert (free) at the Dolgeville park pavilion
July 27th at 7pm: Dolgeville Community Band concert (free) at the Dolgeville park pavilion
August 4th and 5th Musicals being done at Little Falls HS and at Herkimer HS (Stage Two Theatre Company).
August 6th (Morning) New Hartford High School will be hosting a DCI drum corps, their open rehearsal time is TBA.
Location: New Hartford HS football field. Free and open to the public.
August 6th at 6:30pm Drums Along the Mohawk. A DCI sponsored event to see drum corps from all over the USA
compete at Rome Free Academy Stadium (Turin St., Rome, NY). Tickets are available online or by
calling 315-339-6484. An event not to miss!!!
August 7th to 13th Little Falls Canal Festival. Free music in the parks every day and evening of the festival!
August 9th at 8 pm Yo-Yo Ma (world renowned cellist) performing at SPAC in Saratoga Springs
August 15th 8pm concert: Joe Bonamassa performing at SPAC in Saratoga Springs
