Basic and Fundamental Skills in Network Marketing

1. PROSPECTING

The main goal in prospecting is to get new contacts for your prospect list.

How:

Start a conversation using the FORM Method

F stands for Family or From Kamusta? San ka na nakatira ngayon? . . . Kamusta na


family mo?

Hi! (Insert icebreaker here.) . . . San ka nga pala banda umuuwi? Komportable ba
tumira don?

O stands for OCCUPATION Ano na nga pala pinagkakaabalahan mo ngayon?


Anong work mo ngayon? Pag tinanong mo yan malamang tanongin ka din niya.
Dun mo sasabihin kung ano work mo now and yung part-time distribution business
mo.

R for RECREATION Naglalaro ka ba ng sport/games/etc Relate mo na lang kung


alam mo yung recreation na trip nya. Kwentuhan lang. Building relationship muna.

M for MONEY ask mo sya kung ano ang plano nya sa pera. Kung may balak ba siya
mag invest or kung may business ba siya.

Pag okay na kayo at mejo komportable na, sabihin mo na nag enjoy ka sa kwentuhan
at kung pwede hingin mo contact details nya para if ever makapag kwentuhan/chill
kayo.

*Kapag nagtanong kung anong business mo, sabihin mo yung MAGIC WORDS. Yung
business ko kasi pwedeng PART-TIME, FULL-TIME, HOMEBASED, pang EXTRA
INCOME ko lang. DISTRIBUTION.

*If interested siya talaga mag business, pwede mo siya iset for an appointment para
makausap nung marunong na mag present OR pwedeng gamitan ng TOOL (videos,
books, ebooks, audiobooks) para maincrease yung exposure niya sa business.

Kapag interesado na matuto kagad, IF I WOULD YOU Method dapat bago ibigay yung
TOOL.
Gusto mo talagang malaman business ko? (Yes) Kung bibigyan kita ng
link/ebook/video tungkol sa business ko babasahin mo ba? Dont worry
maiksi/saglit lang yun. (Yes) Kelan mo sure na mababasa to? (Halimbawa Monday
night daw) Okay so Tuesday morning sure na nabasa/napanood mo na? (YES)
OK great! Tawag ako sayo ng Tuesday morning ha? (Sure) Anong number nga pala
kita tatawagan? (info info) Ok cool! Talk to you on Tuesday!

*Follow up mo na lang sya ng Tuesday morning and ask kung exciting and
interesting ba.. ask mo kung ano yung pinakagusto nyang part. If interested, set
another exposure. Panibagong invitation naman yun. Maybe yung 1on1
presentation na.

2. Invitation

Third party invitation Hi bro, medyo nagmamadali ako, buti naabutan kita, alam
ko busy ka, dami ko din kasi ginagawa ngayon, ask ko lang if may kakilala ka na
gusting mag business? If nagbigay ng pangalan and contact OK. If sya mismo
interested pwedeng appointment or bigyan ng TOOL.

Complimentary Hi musta, okay lang ba na magusap tayo saglit? Alam ko kasi na


(insert sincere compliment) and gusto ko sana na humingi ng advice sayo regarding
sa business ko. If pwede ipakita ko sayo (presentation 1on1 or TOOL method) tapos
bigyan mo ko ng inputs mo.

Practice lang method (para sa sanay na mag present) Chika chika FORM method . .
. sabay banat Ay oo nga pala may business kasi akong ginagawa now. Kelangan ko
ma practice yung presentation ko. Okay lang ba kung ipresent ko siya sayo tapos
sabihin mo sakin kung pano ko maiimprove yung presentation? (Proceed to ppt
presentation if marunong na magpresent .)

3. PRESENTATION

*Know and believe your products, and yourself.


*Be a product of your product (gumamit ka din) OR share stories/testimonials
about sa mga gumagamit ng products.
*Know your audience
*Prepare! Practice!
*Dress appropriately. Wag naman over-dressed. One level above lang nung
audience. (If tshirt sila, polo shirt ka. Gets?)
*If appointment kayo, be early, dont be on time, and DONT BE LATE.

Actual presentation will be discussed on meetings. Role-playing tayo. Practice.


4. CLOSING

*Dapat alam mo yung mga common objections ng tao at yung mga effective na sagot
para dito.

5. FOLLOW-UP

*Either set another exposure(meeting,tool,1on1 presentation) para bumaon sa


kanila yung business. Main goal is EDUCATION and UNDERSTANDING. Dapat
matutunan nila at maintindihan yung kagandahan ng business. Di mo sila ipopower
selling. Hindi yan ang goal.

6. TRAINING

*If nag join, syempre gagabayan mo for the first few steps. GOAL dito ay dapat as
soon as possible maging independent siya. Dapat na marealize na tama ang pagjoin
niya. Pero dapat din na malaman niya na ang success/failure sa business ay
nakasalalay pa din sa kanya sa efforts nya. Ikaw lang yung guide at pwedeng gawing
resource person/mentor. Pero dapat eventually maging independent siya.

7. EVENTS

*Importante na umattend ng events, lalo na yung BIG EVENTS na minsan lang sa


isang taon. Maboboost ang morale at excitement ng tao. Babalik yung desire and
passion. MAKE THIS A PRIORITY.

magandang outline in the future. Mas maganda kung lahat tayo magkakaron ng book

libangan or trip lang. Kung gusto kumita, dapat pag aralan ang business! Tama
naman diba?
