Terms and Conditions

1. Registration is open for public; athletes and non-athletes, Indonesian Citizen and foreigners.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration if participants provide incorrect
information, do not make payment according to the rules, or do not meet the requirements
stated in the registration form.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to close registration entry before the closing date if the
participant quota has been met.
4. Registration fee is non-refundable.
5. Participants have to finish the race under the cut-off time, which is 1.5 hours.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the race due to bad weather or other emergencies,
for the Participants safety. If such unfortunate event happens, The Organizer is not liable to
refund the registration fee.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to stop a participant from racing under the recommendation of
health officers appointed by The Organizer.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to withhold race results and/or disqualify a participant as a
result of breaching the rules or cheating in any form.
9. Race Pack collection will be confirmed through website and email.
10. Race Pack collection can be done by a representation sent by the participant. Please make sure
that the person brings: the confirmation email, a copy of the participants Identity Card, and a
letter of authorization from the participant.
11. Participants are not allowed to transfer registration to another person or give the racing BIB to
another participant to be used in the race. Participants who violate this rule will be disqualified.
