FINAL GUIDE FOR ENCODERS

1. Always sign in the record book for time in and time out and accomplishment.
2. Charmaine is the team leader.
3. Charmaine will distribute the booklist. Each encoder should be able to encode and check at
least 500 entries per day.
4. Booklists will be distributed accordingly (booklists are arranged accordingly for a systematic
compilation and consolidation). ENCODERS CANNOT CHOOSE WHICH BOOKLIST TO
ENCODE.
5. Charmaine will record daily output of each encoder, both encoded and checked.
6. Using the template, fill in the necessary information from the booklist. Kindly ensure accuracy
for the encoded data.
7. You will check your partners work for spelling and encoding errors. Upon identification of
incorrect entry, kindly correct your partners error (if there is any).
8. Submit encoded and checked entries to Charmaine using the format Surname_DayMonth.
