Dear Ms. Salvador,

I have been a student here for almost 3 years. I have acknowledged the sincerity of
every employee on the service they have been rendering for us. But to my surprise, on the date
of 11st October 2016. I have received a very poor service at the finance department.

On the said date, I arrived early at school for my 8:30am class. So I decided to pay for
my tuition instead of tomorrow to avoid any penalties. The person sitting at the cash counter at
window 3, who was wearing the name tag of Ashley was talking to the other girl at window 2.
When I told her that I will pay for my tuition due for the month of October amounted to nine
thousand pesos (P9000.00) and I gave her the money, she said she would do it in 5 minutes,
and continue her conversation with the other girl. After a span of 10 minutes, she started with
her work and did it very fast. She gave to me my receipt and I notice that she only encoded
eight thousand pesos (P8000.00) instead of P9000.00 and doesnt give me a change of one
thousand pesos (1000.00). I asked her to recheck it. Instead, she responded very impolitely and
told me I should come back later.

I was dismay at such behavior. I hope you would look at this matter, and make sure such
incident will never be repeated. Your University has been known for giving the students a good
quality of education and courteous employees, and such events tarnish the University name, so please
address this issue soon.

Sincerely yours,

Dear Ms. Mabanag,

This letter is regarding your complaint you submitted last October 11, 2016. We would
like to apologize to you for the poor service you received at our finance department.

After a thorough review of your case, we have managed to pinpoint the reasons leading
to this inconvenience. First, the employee you have encountered on the window 3 named
Ashley, was busy talking to the other girl on the window 2. She is careless of what she encode
on the computer that leads to an error on the total amount and because of that, she didnt assist
you properly. This is clearly a mistake from our side and we take full responsibility for it.

As an extra measure to our commitment to customer satisfaction, we decided to give

training to our employees and set rules while on working hours. These precautions will ensure
that such inconvenience will not happen again in the future. This would not have been possible
without you calling our attention to your case. We take this opportunity to thank you for your
feedback which allows us to serve you and other customers better.

Please always share your feedback with us; this is how we keep learning and improving.
I am very confident that the next letter we receive from you will be an appreciation.

Very truly yours,

Subject: tardiness and absences
Date: October 17, 2016

It has been brought to my attention that you are consistently tardy in coming into work and your
absences without leave. Mr. Manansala, I know that you are aware that office hours begin at 8am,
and as the head of the department, you should set an example for your staff.

We understand that there are times when you are working overnight but please keep in mind that
as an employee of this company, it is your obligation to inform the office if you are going to be
absent, late or going somewhere else before coming in to work. As for your absences without
leave, the office must be advised if you be unable to make it at work as you have responsibilities
to take care of.

At times, your duties can be designated to someone else, but it would be good for the people at
the office to know in advance so as to avoid unnecessary conflicts. Any future violations of our
policy on tardiness and absences may result in additional disciplinary action and including
possible termination.

Human Resource Officer, Human Resource Department
Bureau of Internal Revenue
Caloocan City, Philippines

Dear Mr. Legada,

I would like to express my interest in applying for the position of accounting specialist as
was recently made available in your company.

During my internship at Bureau of Internal Revenue Caloocan Philippines, I learned how

to collect and compute taxes on a person's income, profits arising from property, practice of
profession and conduct of trade or business.

I believe that my degree in Business Administration major in Accounting Technology

from the University of the East Caloocan has prepared me for this position. As a student, I
was equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to help me to do a more complex task
like planning and budget control and preparation of financial reports.
I have also prepared myself with a wide range of skills that allow me to blend with the
group or teams culture and to continuously strive to reach a common goal. My active
involvement in many academic and extracurricular activities has done so well in developing my
communication and leadership skills, which are necessary in finding success in the corporate
world.

I am looking forward to your reply so that we can further discuss my application. If you
have any further questions or require any additional documentation, please contact me using
the above information. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely yours,
