Tell me a little about yourself.

I studied at the Polytechnic University of Tlaxcala Industrial Engineering. When I finish studying, I
start looking for work, I was accepted in a company in Puebla and I worked there for a year but I
had to resign to find a job that allows me to overcome myself.

What are your biggets strengths?

I think my greatest strengths are in the first instance the flexibility of mind that I possess, I do not
rely on a single form of work, another strength I possess is the ability to think about solutions
under pressure.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five years I see myself taking courses to obtain a position of greater responsibility in this
Company

Why do you want this job?

Because it offers me the possibility to surpass myself, to improve my skills and to learn new things
in the work aspect.

Tell me one last time a co-worker or client is angry with you. What happened?

It was an occasion when a lot of order had product that did not meet the requirements of the
customer, on that occasion I had to apologize to the customer and give solution to that problem,

What kind of work environment do you like best?

I think that there is no working environment that is better than another, since each has its
advantages and disadvantages.

What is your leadership style?

My leadership style, I believe it is one based on understanding and mutual respect, Each part of a
team has an important role to do a job.

What was your salary in your last job?

In my last job, I was earning, $ 2000 a fortnight.
