The Ventura County Music Awards is
where you can drum up some interest for
your favorites. The crew at Red Light
District Show came up with the VCMAs as
a way to promote local bands and work
together with small businesses to build
up the music scene in Ventura County.
The public nominates favorites, then the
top musicians in each genre are
showcased at shows all summer long.
Winners are announced in September.
