RE: AWARD OF CONTRACT IN RESPECT OF REINFORCEMENT OF

KWARA STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.

Above subject matter refer please.

Sir, our company Messrs. Liberty Overseas was awarded contract for
the installations of 1x15MVA, 33/11kv Injection substation at Agba
Dam on the 12th December, 2008 at a total contract sum of One
Hundred and Sixty Two Million, Five Hundred and Fifty Eight Thousand
Nine Kobo (N162, 558,964.092) only. Attached as Annexure I is the
photocopy of the letter of award for your certification please.

The project has been completed, tested and working satisfactorily to

date since completion in 2009.Our company has been paid the sum of
One Hundred and Fifty Four Million, Four Hundred and Thirty One
Thousand Fifteen Naira, Eighty Five Kobo (N154, 431,015.85) only,
 leaving a balance of Eight Million, One Hundred and Twenty Seven
Thousand, Nine Hundred and Forty Eight Naira, Twenty Four Kobo (N8,
127,948.24) only.

We solicit for your kind assistance to honour the payment of the

outstanding retention claim which is overdue referring to the time of
completion of the project.

Thank you for your usual understanding in anticipation of your timely

response.

RE: AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR CIVIL WORKS AT STADIUM AND AGO

INJECTION SUB-STATIONS-REQUEST FOR VARIATION OF CONTRACT SUM

Contract for the construction of Civil works and extension of 33kv

network at Ago and Stadium was awarded to our company
Messrs.Liberty Overseas at the sum of Forty Million, One Hundred and
Seventy Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty Four Naira, Five
Kobo(N40,170,954.05)only in March,2010.The break downs are as
follows:

Our company has been paid a total sum of Twenty Four Million One
Hundred and Two Thousand, Five Hundred and Seventy Two Naira Four
Kobo (N24, 102,572.40) only. The project is about 60% completed. The
reason why the project was abandoned was as a result of under
estimation of the actual cost that could complete the project.
 In view of this observation we wish to demand for additional sum of
Thirty Eight Million, Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand, Five Hundred
Naira (N38, 650,500.00) only to enable us complete the job.
