Rice Wedding Casserole

1 lb hot sausage
1 lb mild sausage
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups cooked rice
4 eggs, beaten
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
6 cups crispy rice cereal
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Brown sausage and onion; drain. Mix in cooked rice. Combine eggs, soup, and milk. Layer sausage, cereal, and
half of cheese in 3 qt casserole. Pour soup mixture over. Top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 min. or
until bubbly.
