Demonstrate passing (bounce pass)
Review safety (eyes up, controlled throw, pass to their chest,
dont pass until they have made eye contact with you)
Have students practice bounce passing with a partner
Demonstrate dribble and bounce pass
Have students practice dribble and bounce pass with a
partner
4. Lesson 4
Review safety (eyes up, controlled throw, pass to their chest,
dont pass until they have made eye contact with you)
Have students practice bounce passing from lesson 3 to
warm up
Demonstrate passing (chest pass)
Have students practice chest passing with a partner
Demonstrate dribble and chest pass
Have students practice dribble and chest pass with a partner

Have students practice jump shots in groups at the basketball
hoops

Review safety (eyes up, controlled throw, catch the ball with
two hands)
Have students practice jump shots from lesson 7 to warm up
Demonstrate a free throw
Have students practice free throws in groups at the
basketball hoops
