Noor uses her inquisitiveness to determine which areas and Residents need attention. An example of this, is how she would frequently check resident reports to determine who was at risk for isolation. Noor would then use the information to help plan her day and use her time in the most efficient way possible. Along with her strong work ethic and friendly rapport with the residents, Noor also demonstrated that she was at ease working with our team. She easily integrated into our department, and got along well with staff members in other departments.
