HOW DID JUNIATA HELP YOU TO GET TO WHERE YOU ARE NOW?
At Juniata I was a member and vice-president of NSLS and HOSA (Health Occupation
Student of America). Through these leadership roles I learned a lot about working with
a team which is a vital part of my future career. Also through HOSA I was able to meet
with many health care professionals from various professions. I was able to build rela-
tionships and make contacts that helped guide me to where I ended up now. Also I
built a good relationship with the health professions director which became a vital part
in helping me get into school and she provided me with a lot of guidance over the
year I worked with her.

FAVORITE JCFH MOMENT

Throughout my time as a member of JCFH the memories were so numerous from
the locker room to practice to championships. My ultimate memory however would
be winning the Landmark Championship at Catholic University and continuing to the
NCAA Sweet 16. Winning the landmark Championship was special simply because we
won but also because I got to play with my best friends and win my first champion-
ship. I will never forget the feelings I had when we finally scored the winning goal.
