Organization Earth (OE) is an Athens-based NGO that designs and coordinates educational
and skill-building programs for marginalized communities in Greece. It is with great pleasure
that I submit this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Simon Rattray. During his period
of service as an OE volunteer, Mr. Rattray demonstrated great value and reliability and was
integral to the success of our programs.

Simon supported OE projects benefiting refugees and asylum seekers in Camp Lavrio,
Greece. His experience, enthusiasm, and professionalism were major assets. Simon stood out
as a methodical, organized and resourceful volunteer, whom beneficiaries could always count
on to go the extra mile to help them. To this day, Simon's work reinforces the foundations of
our educational and recreational programmes in Lavrio, allowing OE to continuously scale the
number of individuals we can impact and the depth of our activities.
