PROTEIN BITES

What do I need?
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup nonfat dairy milk powder
1/4 cup honey
Choice of nuts and/or seeds
Mixing bowl
Container or surface to finish with choice
of nuts and/or seeds
Storage container

How do I make them?


1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl
2. Roll into small balls (the size of golf
balls)
3. Store in air-tight container and
refrigerate
4. Roll in choice of nuts and/or seeds*

*Which nuts and seeds could I use?


Almonds, peanuts, walnuts, chia seeds,
pumpkin seeds
