Provide analytical support to Global Teams/Country Organizations in the production of

standardised reports, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), MPR (Monthly Performance Report)
and undertake ad-hoc projects in the areas of business analytics, business intelligence and market
research.

Major Accountabilities:

• To update and produce the monthly Key Performance Indicator Reports for General Medicine
Brands – these include IMS sales and volume analysis, SOV and dynamic Rx source of business
analysis

• To build new KPI reports and update existing KPI reports

• To maintain and run the Monthly Performance Report for the Global Teams/Country
Organizations, based on existing IMS data feeds and data warehouse (Business Objects)

• To maintain and enhance existing Global Teams/Country Organizations Market Forecasts–


Total Healthcare Trends across retail and hospital segment

• Manage the E-library to store primary and secondary data reports and KPIs – working with the
Data Management Executive

• To respond to Ad-Hoc requests from the Market Research Analysts and Regional Business
Analysts to support daily needs for analysis and slides that can support Brand Reviews

• To work closely with the forecasting manager to gain greater insight in to the future trends for
General Medicine Brands

• To work on Return on Investment analyses based on existing IMS and other data based on
direction from the Data Management Executive / Head of Market Research/Head of Regional
Business Analysis.

Desired Profile

Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish language. Should have worked with clients in Latin
American countries or Spanish speaking regions.

• at least 1+ year's experience in Business Analytics (Pharma) with at least 1 year in Market
Research with specific experience of producing Key Performance Indicators or similar monthly
reports for Senior Management.

• Strong quantitative & market research background

• Understanding of IMS data and trends

• Ability to run analyses in Microsoft Excel - can manipulate data from IMS and other suppliers
in Microsoft Excel to produce meaningful analyses

• Strong strategic forecasting experience

• Ability to produce professional PowerPoint Slides that clearly communicate analyses to


marketing.

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through
effective and innovative leadership ability.

• Attention to detail and quality focused.

• Organizational, planning, resource and project management skills.

• Interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to operate effectively in an international


environment.

• Business Acumen – understands the need to track performance against internal Budget
(financial) targets and can produce analyses to track this.
