CHAPTER ONE

INTRODUCTION

Policy making is a general way of life in any organizational setting on any platform as a

plan of action necessary for progression of such organization(s).Its effect therefore can

not be over emphasized; It is like a scale which determines the standard of such a given

organization. The church is also Gods organizational setting as result. Policy making is

without doubt a necessity for the standard and progression of the church as it plays a very

vital role in her business. Its effects on the church is the core determinant factor of

growth, particularly in spiritual aspect; not leaving out the numeric growth.
