I have been with Valley Life Development Initiative which works mainly in the area of HR
field as well as livelihood projects. The motivations for me to apply for the job are I get an international
exposure, I could get personal growth and professional growth. Now I am proficient in training the youth
for placements, providing placements, coordinating etc. I would like to grow in the management areas
