SANITATION OF ACCIDENT WITH HYLISOCYANATE

Abstract:

Many technologies as well as chemical substances that primarily promote the intensive
development of the industry are very dangerous for man and his environment. Due to inadequate
management technologies, irresponsible behavior of people who shake hands with them, do not care and
do not know very often lead to accidents that can have devastating and long-term effects on people and the
environment. To avoid disaster and could operate in terms of appropriate protection to people and property
and environmental protection is necessary as detailed and complete introduction to the technology and
chemical substances with which it comes into contact while performing different tasks. According to the
adopted Directive of the European Union, accident represents the emergence of a high emission, fire or
explosion resulting from unplanned events within an industrial activity that endangers people and the
environment, immediately or after a certain time, within or outside the boundaries of the enterprise, and
including one or more hazardous chemicals. For the purpose of rehabilitation of accidents, as well as the
monitoring of accidents is designed with a number of different programs that can help us to act appropriately
in a given situation. One of these programs is the Aloha and used in this study for the rehabilitation of
accident with methylisocyanate.
