business premises.

Memo:

You being a registered dealer under the HP VAT Act, 2005 and the
Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 holding TIN 02080200458 are hereby authorized to conduct
outside your registered business premises of sales all kinds Soap, Detergent Power, Karyana
Goods Furthe r this authorization is restricted to your making sales in the districts of Una,
Bilaspur, Solan, Mandi, Hamirpur, Kangra, Shimla for the period from 10/04/2017 to
31/03/2018 subject to following terms and conditions:-

1. That you will issue bills from the authenticated bill books only.
2. That the bills so issued should have a declaration in fom VAT-XIII
to the dealers as provided under the rules 52(4) & 53(3) respectively
of the HP VAT Rules 2005.
3. That you will issue challan from authenticated challan books only.
4. That you will tender full accounts of sales in the returns so
prescribed.
5. That you will also maintain Day-Book.

In the event of your failure to comply with any or all of the above
conditions, this permission shall be withdrawn without any further reference to
you.
