Sir/Madam:

I have been deliberating about advancement , such as going to business, and I found out that my
chief interest lies in that field because I could use the fullest of my ability especially in dealing with other
people.

I have been working with this company for almost five months and I like my co-employees, but
most all of you. However, I deemed it necessary that I must seek for advancement.

This is to confirm my verbal advice that I had finally decided to resign and would like be free
from my duties and responsibilities effective on August 15, 2016.
